This Super Juice Will Increase Your Iron

Having low iron often equates to having low energy. An iron deficiency can also leave you feeling weak, dizzy, and short of breath, so it’s a good idea to keep your iron up at all times. While you could eat bunches and bunches of kale, we think this juice is far more fun.

Ingredients:

  • 1 beetroot
  • 10 strawberries
  • 1 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1 orange
  • 1 tablespoon honey 

Instructions:

  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend. If needed, add some water to achieve a liquid consistency. 
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
