Having low iron often equates to having low energy. An iron deficiency can also leave you feeling weak, dizzy, and short of breath, so it’s a good idea to keep your iron up at all times. While you could eat bunches and bunches of kale, we think this juice is far more fun.
Ingredients:
- 1 beetroot
- 10 strawberries
- 1 cup pomegranate seeds
- 1 orange
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions:
- Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blend. If needed, add some water to achieve a liquid consistency.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!
