If you’re someone who loves ice coffee and can’t go a day without it, we’re here to improve your life just a little bit. We know how hard it can be to access your favorite ice coffee drinks in the middle of a work day when you’re slammed and you really have no time to run and grab one. If that’s you, you’ll love this excellent, criminally simple five-minute ice coffee recipe that you can make in your office kitchen while you’re able to catch a breather.
Coffee First
If you’re making brewed coffee, add a small shot of espresso into your mug, followed by however much sugar you’re going to want. If you’re making instant coffee, start with a tablespoon of instant coffee grounds, also followed by sugar to taste. In the instant coffee route, now’s the time to add 1/4 cup of hot water.
Time For Ice
Now’s the time when the coffee becomes ice coffee. Generously add a handful of ice cubes to your mug, so that there’s still room for milk after the fact.
Add the Milk
Now it’s time to add milk, or whatever milk substitute you may be inclined to use. Fill the milk up to the top of your mug and appreciate the colorful mixture that begins to display visually. Mix it up, and you’re good to go!
