Start with speculoos cookie butter, strong brewed coffee (cold brewed or espresso, preferably), milk and/or cream (depending how rich you like your coffee), and plenty of ice.
If you’re using hot coffee, you’ll be able to combine the coffee and cookie butter more easily. However, the ice will water down the coffee more than if it’s cold brewed. Mix up as much coffee as you’d like with a heaping spoonful of cookie butter.
Next, add your ice. Add a bit and mix it up to totally cool down the coffee. Then add more ice to fill up the glass. Finally, add your milk, milk alternative, or creamer and a finish with bit of heavy cream if you like. Top with whipped cream, foamed milk, or cold foam. Garnish with a cookie and a straw. Enjoy!

]]>We’re pleased to inform you that drinking iced coffee during an average day is shockingly easy to do. No, you don’t need to run to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, because you have everything you need right in your office kitchen. In fact, you can probably finish making it in under three minutes!
Start off by putting some instant coffee mix into your mug, just like if you were about to make regular hot coffee. But instead of filling up your mug with hot water to the top, only put a little bit of hot water. Then, add however much sugar you’re going to want, and mix it all up.
Next, it’s time to put some ice in there. We’d say that three to four ice cubes should do it, but put more if you have a really large mug. Now, fill up your mug all the way to the top with creamy milk, mix it all up, and you’re done!
