Ice coffee is a modern coffee drink that has become popular all over the world and it comes in a variety of versions and recipes, with every country in the world having a special way of preparing it. The beauty of ice coffee is that you can even prepare this refreshing drink at your home if you don’t have a coffee machine. All you need is a favorite instant coffee of your choice and cold milk. Here’s how to make ice coffee.
Instructions:
- First, put the amount of your favorite coffee powder in a tall, clear glass and cover with water, mixing well until the coffee dissolves. If you want to add sugar it’s recommended to do so at this stage as sugar can’t dissolve into cold milk.
- Now it’s time to shake your drink. Before doing so, make sure that the milk cap is tightly closed and shake the carton in a vigorous motion for a few seconds—the shaking motion will cause air bubbles to enter the milk and create an effect similar to frothed milk.
- Pour the milk into the glass and mix the drink well.
