Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 170 grams of sugar
- lemon juice from about 3 lemons
- lemon zest
- 200 milliliter double cream
- squirty cream
- pastry
Instructions:
- Break the eggs into a bowl with the sugar and mix until combined.
- Whisk in the lemon juice and the double cream while sprinkling on the lemon zest.
- When it is all combined and infused with zesty flavor, leave to chill.
- Pop the pastry in the oven and bake on 375 F for 10-15 minutes. You know when its ready as the pastry will go crisp.
