If carrot cake happens to be your idea of a perfect dessert, these rice cake bites will be your cup of tea. In addition to carrot and rice cakes, Pavia also used dates, walnuts, and white melted chocolate to make this dessert truly pop.
Pavia enjoys making rice cake bites that taste just like other beloved desserts, and she decided to pay homage to brownies this time around.
Shredded coconuts are a common ingredient in Pavia’s rice cake bites, but this recipe puts them front and center. Inspired by Ferrero’s beloved coconut–almond truffles Raffaello, this dessert will be your cup of tea if you love rice cakes and coconuts equally.

]]>A great thing about pasta is that there are plenty of ways you can make it feel fresh and exciting. For example, chefs Danilo Cortellini and Angelo Coassin recently shared a recipe for blueberry pasta on social media that can be a perfect cure for any kind of pasta boredom.
To make blueberry pasta, chefs combine a handful of blueberries with some water and flour in a blender. After blending, the mix is kneaded into pasta dough, which is then rolled flat and cut into a tagliolini shape.
After placing fresh pasta on the side, Cortellini and Coassin cook mushrooms with olive oil and rosemary in a pan before adding some onion and butter. Everything is then glazed with some wine.
Next, the chefs cook the pasta and introduce it to the pan before adding more butter, pasta water, and a “lot of cheese.”
The blueberry pasta gets served on a plate with a sprinkle of fresh rosemary and looks so mouthwatering that you will want to try it out right away. Check out the full video below.

]]>Flavortown is already available in grocery stores around the nation and currently consists of four dishes: chicken enchilada bowl, pepperoni pizza lasagna, sloppy Joe mac and cheese, and sweet and sour pork bowl. But if you are thinking about trying them, we recommend checking out a review done by @lukefoods.
The TikToker, famous for uploading reviews of various frozen food items, recently got all four of the dishes in the Flavortown collection to see whether they are worth the money. And he had some intriguing observations.
In the first part of the review, @lukefoods decided to try out the sloppy Joe mac and cheese and sweet and sour pork bowl. According to him, while the sloppy Joe mac and cheese delivers on the cheese and the meat tastes good, the noodles are “hard to chew,” and there is a substantial lack of “sloppy Joe.” Sweet and sour pork bowl, on the other hand, shines when it comes to rice and sauce but features bland pork and noticeably low-quality ingredients.
When it comes to pepperoni pizza lasagna, @lukefoods didn’t like the “artificial” taste of the cheese, greasy pepperoni, and the fact that the dish turned into a pasta bowl when cooked. Chicken enchilada bowl didn’t get much better reviews either, being described as “okay” and failing to deliver on “spicy” promises.
So, there you have it. Flavortown doesn’t seem to be the new star of the frozen food aisle, but it is intriguing enough to be given a try. After that, it is up to you to decide whether you’ll keep on returning to it.
