No matter how much you like pasta, at some point, you will experience pasta boredom. However, you should just surrender yourself to it and eliminate pasta from your life.

A great thing about pasta is that there are plenty of ways you can make it feel fresh and exciting. For example, chefs Danilo Cortellini and Angelo Coassin recently shared a recipe for blueberry pasta on social media that can be a perfect cure for any kind of pasta boredom.

To make blueberry pasta, chefs combine a handful of blueberries with some water and flour in a blender. After blending, the mix is kneaded into pasta dough, which is then rolled flat and cut into a tagliolini shape.

After placing fresh pasta on the side, Cortellini and Coassin cook mushrooms with olive oil and rosemary in a pan before adding some onion and butter. Everything is then glazed with some wine.

Next, the chefs cook the pasta and introduce it to the pan before adding more butter, pasta water, and a “lot of cheese.”

The blueberry pasta gets served on a plate with a sprinkle of fresh rosemary and looks so mouthwatering that you will want to try it out right away. Check out the full video below.
