There are countless recipes on TikTok that can help you make some great baked chicken. But the one that really caught our eye was hot honey chicken from TikTok user @halfbakedharvest. Her take on baked chicken looks mouthwatering and makes you want to try it right away.
Hot Honey Chicken Recipe
To start off, @halfbakedharvest combines cornflakes, parmesan, and paprika in a food processor to make the breading for the chicken. She also makes an egg mixture with added hot sauce on the side.
The TikToker first dips pieces of chicken in the egg mixture and then rolls them in cornflake breading until they are nicely covered. Next, she lines them on a baking sheet and drizzles some olive oil on top before baking them in an oven. While the video doesn’t reveal the baking temperature, one user who tried out the recipe recommended in the comments section that you should bake it at 425F for around 20 minutes.
While the chicken is baked, @halfbakedharvest makes her hot honey by combining honey, hot sauce, and cayenne pepper powder in a pot and heating it on the stove. Once the chicken is done, she tops it with hot honey and sprinkles some sea salt on top.
