]]>There are countless ways you can get the most out of stale bread, like French toast or making croutons for soups and salads. However, our favorite is to turn it into a pizza.
We know what you are thinking—there is no way stale bread can be turned into a pizza. Well, the recipe below will make you think again.
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with some olive oil.
3. Pour milk into a bowl and then dunk stale bread slices into it. Make sure not to get them too soaked up.
4. Line the bread slices on a baking sheet and then top with tomato sauce, Parmesan, and Mozzarella. (You can also add some pepperoni on top if you feel like it).
5. Sprinkle with dried oregano and drizzle with olive oil.
6. Pop in the oven for about 10 minutes.
7. Let the stale bread pizza cool a bit and dig in.
