Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cups almond flour
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Large pinch of garlic powder
- 3 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup shredded dairy-free mozzarella
- 1/4 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/4 small red onion, sliced
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 sliced green bell pepper
- Red pepper flakes
- 2 sliced cremini mushrooms
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 425°. While the oven heats up, pour almond flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and salt into a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together eggs with olive oil and pour over the contents from the large bowl. Once set, place the dough on a baking sheet and roll dough until it is a ¼-inch thick.
- Place the pizza base into the oven, baking for about 10 minutes.
- Take the baking sheet out of the oven and spread the pizza sauce across the pizza base. Make sure to leave a ½-inch border around the base. Then, sprinkle mozzarella all over before adding the toppings including the pepperoni, mushrooms, olives, onion, and peppers.
