Cilantro Lime Mahi Mahi With a Twist

  • 2 boneless and skinless Mahi Mahi fillets
  • 1/4 cup of honey
  • Juice of one lime
  • Lemon zest
  • Bunch of fresh cilantro
  • 1 package of fresh strawberries, finely diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely diced
  • 1/2 lime juiced
  • 1/2 seeded jalapeño finely diced
  • Salt and Pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, wish together wet ingredients and add cilantro
  2. Pour wet ingredients over the fish and let it marinate in the fridge for 2 hours if you have the time
  3. Heat olive oil or avocado oil on a non stick grill pan, and cook your fillets fully through on both sides
  4. Prepare your salsa by combining the strawberries, jalepenos, onion, lime juice, and salt and pepper and mix
  5. Plate your fish with some rice and sprinkle the strawberry salsa and garnish with more cilantro
  6. Serve and enjoy!
