4 Ingredient Vegan and Gluten Free Cookies

  • 2 mashed ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter.
  • 1 cup of gluten-free oats.
  • 1/4 cup of 80% dark chocolate chips.


  1. Mix the mashed bananas, peanut butter, and oats.
  2. Scoop the cookies on a baking pan lined with parchment paper. Add the chocolate chips on top.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes.
