Today, we are bringing you a simple recipe for a delicious sunflower seed spread that will blow you away with how good it is. Whether you put it on crackers, toast, or even plain bread, you’ll end up with a tasty snack. Here is how to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1 cup sesame seeds
  • ½ cup peanuts
  • ½ cup almonds
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan on medium heat for a couple of minutes.
  2. Combine sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in a blender. Blend until they are finely grounded.
  3. Next, smash the garlic and add it to the blender. Also, throw in peanuts and almonds to the mix before adding a pinch of salt and a bit of black pepper. Finally, pour in a ¼ cup of warm water.
  4. Blend until all the ingredients are well combined and you get a smooth consistency.
  5. Transfer to a container and optionally garnish with parsley or chive. 
  6. Try it out and store the rest in the fridge.
