Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cup raw sunflower seeds
- 1 cup sesame seeds
- ½ cup peanuts
- ½ cup almonds
- 3 cloves garlic
- salt and black pepper
Instructions:
- Toast the sunflower seeds in a pan on medium heat for a couple of minutes.
- Combine sunflower seeds and sesame seeds in a blender. Blend until they are finely grounded.
- Next, smash the garlic and add it to the blender. Also, throw in peanuts and almonds to the mix before adding a pinch of salt and a bit of black pepper. Finally, pour in a ¼ cup of warm water.
