Ingredients:

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 medium bananas, chopped and frozen
  • 1/4 cup unsalted almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon light honey, optional
