Turn Your Childhood Classic Dessert Vegan!

Funfetti cake and dunkaroos all have the same idea in common: a really sweet and yummy treat with sprinkles as the star! But if you’re vegan, you really can’t enjoy these pleasures anymore the way they are.

However, you can combine the two flavors and make it vegan! This funfetti-inspired dunkaroos dip is super yummy, really high in protein, and you make the whole thing right in the food processor!

Ingredients

The ingredients for this recipe might sound strange, but you will not taste anything but the sweetness.

This dip will require:
half of a block of medium firm tofu
3 tablespoons of oat flour
1 tablespoon of cashew butter or whatever type of nut butter you have
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
4 tablespoons of maple syrup or agave nectar
3 tablespoons of unsweetened vegan yogurt
a pinch of salt
and sprinkles!

Recipe

To make the dip, just put all the ingredients aside for the sprinkles into a food processor.

Turn the machine on and let it run until all the ingredients come together.

Once the consistency is smooth, take it out and fold in the sprinkles.

Put it in a bowl, top with more sprinkles, and serve with fruit, vegan cookies, pretzels, or whatever you love!
