These Gluten Free Pancakes Are The Dreamiest Breakfast

Pancakes are such a special breakfast treat, but they are normally not suitable for gluten-free people and are generally not healthy at all. But, there is an easy way to enjoy pancakes whether you are gluten-free or just looking to cutback on gluten!

These pancakes only have three ingredients, no sugar, and will boost your metabolism in the morning. Try out these pancakes and have every morning be a special one.

Ingredients

For these mini pancakes, you will need two bananas, two eggs, and 2/3 cup of ground gluten-free oats. The oats act as the flour, so it’s really important you blend them in a blender beforehand! You can also add in different flavorings like cocoa powder, vanilla extract, cinnamon or nutmeg!

Method

  1. Mash the bananas until they are only a few small lumps.
  2. Add any spices you’d lik and then beat in the eggs.
  3. Grind or blend the oats to a fine powder, add them in, and mix until until combined.
  4. Take about 1/4 of a cup of batter at a time, fry on both sides until golden brown.

Serving

These pancakes can be eaten like regular ones with maple syrup, or if you want something totally natural, just add some mint leaves and fresh fruit on top!
