The Most Delicious Flourless Chocolate Cake is Here

Everyone loves cake, yet only a few of us have a lot of spare time, which is why today we would like to inspire you to prepare this ultra-easy-to-make chocolate cake with no flour in it! 

Ingredients 

  • 12 tablespoons unsalted butter 
  • 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate 
  • 6 large eggs 
  • 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract 
  • 1/4 cup natural, unsweetened cocoa powder 
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup sugar 

Instructions

  1. The oven needs to be preheated on 350o. Take a 9’’ pan and put grease and flour on it. Cook the butter and the chocolate on medium heat while constantly stirring.  
  2. Separate the yolks from the whites of four eggs. In the bowl with yolks add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, 2 eggs and half of the sugar. Whisk until it’s all mixed up well, then slowly add the chocolate mixture. 
  3. Beat the egg whites with a mixer and add the remaining sugar, then mix them until you get firm foam. 
  4. Gently add the egg whites in the yolk mixture while stirring. 
  5. Pour butter in the previously prepared pan, put the mixture in and bake for 35-40 minutes. 
  6. Put the cake in the fridge to cool. 
  7. Decorate with cocoa powder.
