Everyone loves cake, yet only a few of us have a lot of spare time, which is why today we would like to inspire you to prepare this ultra-easy-to-make chocolate cake with no flour in it!
Ingredients
- 12 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate
- 6 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup natural, unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup sugar
Instructions
- The oven needs to be preheated on 350o. Take a 9’’ pan and put grease and flour on it. Cook the butter and the chocolate on medium heat while constantly stirring.
- Separate the yolks from the whites of four eggs. In the bowl with yolks add cocoa powder, vanilla extract, salt, 2 eggs and half of the sugar. Whisk until it’s all mixed up well, then slowly add the chocolate mixture.
- Beat the egg whites with a mixer and add the remaining sugar, then mix them until you get firm foam.
- Gently add the egg whites in the yolk mixture while stirring.
- Pour butter in the previously prepared pan, put the mixture in and bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Put the cake in the fridge to cool.
- Decorate with cocoa powder.
