Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz cognac
- 1 oz Cointreau or triple sec
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 lemon wedge
Instructions:
- The best glass for the sidecar cocktail is a tall martini glass. If you don’t have one, search for a coupe champagne glass.
- Grab a plate and add the superfine sugar on it. Go over the rim of the chilled glass with the lemon wedge. Dip the rim in the sugar.
- Get a cocktail shaker and fill it with the lemon juice, cognac, and Cointreau. Include the ice and cover the lid of the shaker.
