Make That Croissant Even Better With This Trick

If you thought croissants couldn’t get more perfect, wait! This hack will transform your fluffy pastry into a sweet, crunchy dream. Eat it as is, or top it with anything from sweet to savory.

Ingredients:

  • 1 croissant 
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon butter

Instructions:

  1. Flatten out the croissant using a roller.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and add the croissant.
  3. Layer honey on the croissant and flip it over.
  4. Cover the croissant with a piece of parchment paper and press down with a weighted pan.
  5. Wait until the honey has caramelized, flip, and repeat on the other side. 
  6. Allow the croissant to cool for 1-2 minutes, or until the honey has hardened.
