Having your kids help you in the kitchen is the dream of every mom, but Jessie Mosley actually made it happen. Her delicious recipes will inspire you to awaken your inner cookie monster and her little ones are helping her bring all of her desserts to life.
Mosley was always a huge fan of all things sweet, and she fell in love with baking at a young age. She took a break from it later in life but decided to give it another try once she became a stay-at-home mom to two beautiful children.
One day when she was baking a batch of peanut butter cookies, her two-year-old son decided to help her out, and this moment marked a beginning of a beautiful journey. Her daughter later decided to join them, and baking turned out to be a great bonding activity for the entire family.
“Baking with toddlers takes a lot of patience, you have to be able to let things go, and you have to know that there is going to be a large mess to clean at the end. However, it will be worth it!” explains Mosley on her food blog Jessie Bakes Treats.
She mostly specializes in baking cookies, but you can find recipes for all sorts of other desserts on her blog, from muffins and brownies to cakes and cupcakes.
