Spaghetti squash is such a popular thing to cook right now. These recipes are going viral, so it’s your turn to give it a try. Read on below for a recipe that will take you less than an hour, plus it’s a very healthy alternative of regular spaghetti.

Ingredients

One squash. It’s as simple as that.

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400 F degrees. In the meantime, start cutting the squash. First, cut off the ends and then cut it into several rings widthwise. Remove all the seeds. Grab some baking paper and put in on a cooling rack. Place the squash pieces on the rack and spice them with salt. Leave the slices like that for around 15 minutes, so that the moisture from the squash will come out. Remove it with a wipe and you can start baking. Leave the slices in the oven for around half an hour. Take them out and let them cool. Remove the skin and you can now separate the strands in spaghetti. You can add literally anything you like to your spaghetti squash.
