Greene isn’t the original creator of flower pasta, but she’s responsible for putting it back on the map with her viral video that received 2.7 million views so far.
In the short viral clip, Greene explains how to make laminated pasta with flour, eggs, olive oil, and a pinch of salt. After finishing her dough, she’s shown placing fresh flowers and basil between two layers, pressing them together, and creating a picture-perfect floral pasta that has to be seen to be believed.
