Easy and Fast Potatoes With Rosemary and Thyme

Ingredients:

  • 6-8 medium-sized washed potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons rosemary
  • 4 thyme branches
  • Stick butter or 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Cook the potatoes whole in boiling salted water, until soft. Drain and dry the potatoes.
  2. Place the potatoes on a baking pan and mash them lightly so that the potato flesh is exposed through the peel.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the melted butter or olive oil with the rosemary and thyme and smoked paprika. Pour the mixture over the potatoes.
