Who is Carolina Gelen?
Carolina Gelen is from Transylvania, Romania and moved to the US to pursue her cooking career in 2021. She’s worked in 5-star restaurants but takes much of her inspiration from her childhood in her mother’s kitchen. She is dedicated to making cooking fun, accessible and affordable!
