Your Favorite Cereals are Bringing Out Mini Versions

Don’t get us wrong, we’re all about big flavors; but, oh goodness, do we love a mini!

We’re not sure what it is, but when things are smaller, they are immediately cuter. Case in point: puppies and your baby cousin. And now, some of your favorite cereals have cottoned on by introducing smaller versions of themselves.

“Sometimes the best new innovation is the smallest one,” declared Mindy Murray, who is the senior marketing communications manager at General Mills. “There’s such a love right now for full-size things that have been shrunk into mini versions, and we realized we could do the same with our cereals. We can’t wait for families to try the cutest new way to experience their favorites one big (little) bite at a time.”

The select cereals which will be receiving the tiny treatment include Reese’s Puffs, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and Trix. So, picture adorable round shapes in your breakfast bowl. And the best part? Because they’re so little, you can fit several on your spoon at once!

Despite the cereal being mini, boxes of the stuff are, in fact, full-size. They are set to retail for $3.99, while family-size boxes are priced at $5.25.
