Ingredients

For this delicious salad you’ll need 3 small radishes, 1/2 cup carrots, 4-5 cups kale, 1/2 tablespoon sesame oil, 1/2 agave syrup (another options maple), 1/4 cup cubed firm tofu (organic is best), 1 teaspoon lime juice, and 3-4 tablespoons peanut sauce.

Instructions

We absolutely love salads that are done in only a few minutes. Prepare the tofu by draining it of any excessive liquid. Cut into cubes and cover with sesame seeds.

Fill a large bowl and with the kale, agave, toasted sesame oil and lime juice. Mix it with your hands to make the leaves softer. Get the serving plate and add the mixture on it. Add the tofu, and the thinly sliced carrots and radishes. Cover the Thai kale salad with peanut sauce and enjoy right away!
