Start by mashing a banana and then add a pinch of salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and chia or flax seeds. Pour in rolled oats or whatever type of oats you have and stir until a dough is formed. Plop a spoonful onto a baking sheet, bake off for 10-12 minutes, and you have the perfect way to start your day.
