Rolled oats are an awesome pantry staple for so many reasons. You can, of course, make toppings for fruit crumbles, have it for breakfast in oatmeal, or even make granola out of it. But, if you want to use your rolled oats in an even more innovative way, try out these easy recipes!

Oat Milk

Oat milk is a great alternative to nut milk or store-bought milk because you can make it really cheaply and easily. All you have to do is put in 1 cup of rolled oats and 3 cups of water into a high-speed blender. Once it’s all blended together, strain it through a cheesecloth, and you have oat milk! You can also add 1-2 dates and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract if you want to sweeten it.

Oat Flour

Oat flour is perfect for times when you need a flour but want it to be a little healthier. Also, if you buy gluten-free oats, you can make an awesome gluten-free alternative. For this recipe, all you need to do is put in as much rolled oats as you want into a blender to grind it into a fine flour, 1 cup of rolled oats will amount to almost 1 cup of flour.
