Breakfast is important for a good and productive day, but we do not always have time to prepare it. Overnight oats make a cool, simple, and delicious pudding delicacy of oats soaked all night in milk and topped with fruit. The final product is not as starchy and heavy as cooked porridge and it resembles soft muesli.
