Her creation “lettuce chips” has taken the internet by storm and made social media users wonder how they didn’t think of it before.

In order to make lettuce chips, you need to break down lettuce into smaller chunks and toss them into a bowl. Then, sprinkle them with some lemon juice or vinegar (or both if you’re feeling adventurous) and salt and pepper. The final step is to give it a thorough mix and dig in.
