Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds of turkey chops cut in 1/3 inch cuts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 6 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 lemon
- 1/8 cup of olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Recipe
- Start by chopping up the fresh rosemary and add it to a medium-sized bowl.
- Mince the garlic cloves and add that to the bowl.
- Juice the entire lemon into the bowl and add in the olive oil.
- Mix everything together and then put in the chops.
- Cover the chops with the marinade and let that sit at room temperature for 15-30 minutes.
- Right before you cook the chops, season them with salt and pepper to your taste, and then throw them on a medium-high heat grill or grill pan for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Let it rest for 5-10 minutes and then enjoy!
