- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Soak the chia seeds in a cup of water and leave for one hour if you are in a hurry. If not, leave overnight.
- Add honey and lemon juice to the chia seeds-infused water. Stir with a spoon and the drink is ready to go even at this point. However, if you want to have a “shake” consistency, blend everything for around 30 seconds.
