Try This Goddess Smoothie

There are so many ingredients you can add to your smoothie to promote healthy hormone levels, help your skin, and improve your feminine hygiene. There are a lot of components to this smoothie that are good for you, but let’s break it down!

Having a balance between protein, healthy fats, and fiber is important for balancing your hormones. Additionally, berries are known to help your skin glow because they are loaded with Vitamins A and C. This smoothie combines all the best ingredients to help you look and feel your best everyday. Plus, it tastes delicious!

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup unflavored Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup frozen pineapples
  • ½ cup spinach or kale
  • ¼ cup berries (strawberry, blueberry, or raspberry)
  • ½ avocado
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop collagen powder (optional–it’s important to consult with a health professional about any supplements you want to add to your diet)

Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Depending on your desired thickness, you can add water to thin out the smoothie.
