Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup of sticky rice (also known as glutinous rice)
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
- Season the chicken thighs generously with Cajun seasoning, making sure to coat both sides evenly. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
