Grilled cheese is one of the most delicious foods known to man. Yeah, yeah, food is subjective—not in this case. Okay, if you’re lactose-intolerant, we’ll accept that maybe you don’t think grilled cheese is heavenly intervention in physical form on the earth. In any case, if you agree that it’s awesome, here’s a quick and easy recipe to make it.

Butter The Bread

The first step towards making your grilled cheese is to butter your bread. If you don’t mind getting a little bit unhealthy (not that we’re encouraging it), spread both sides of each bread.

Add The Cheese

Now it’s time to add the cheese, and take our word for it when we say to be generous! After all, the cheese is the main attraction here. Don’t be afraid to mix up different cheeses and have fun with it!

Grilling Time

Once you’ve got your optimal cheese and butter sandwich, pop that baby on the grill. Add some cooking spray or oil while you work, and let the pan heat up with the sandwich. As the sandwich heats up, press down on it from time to time, but not too much. Cook both sides until the bread is golden brown and cheese is melted. You’re done!
