Summer is coming and smoothies are one of the best things about sunnier days. With plenty of colorful fruits and veggies, kickstart your day with one of these delicious summer smoothies.

Berry smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Handful frozen bananas
  • Handful frozen berries
  • Flaxseeds (optional)
  • Water

Instructions:

  1. Add frozen berries, bananas, and flaxseeds to the blender.
  2. Cover the frozen fruit with water.
  3. Blend well until smooth.
  4. Transfer to a glass and enjoy.

Tropical Smoothie 

Ingredients:

  • Handful of frozen bananas
  • Handful of mango
  • Handful of spinach
  • Pineapple juice or coconut water (depending on preference)

Instructions:

  1. Add frozen bananas or mango to the blender.
  2. Add a handful of spinach if you choose to use it.
  3. Cover the fruit with the liquid of your choice.
  4. Blend well, transfer to glass, and enjoy.
