So how can you introduce more of them into your diet if you’re not a fan? Here are a few simple tricks to get you easting more nuts.

Use Nuts As Seasoning

Mix up a seasoning mix of crushed pecans with various combinations of spices and herbs. First, coat your meat, fish, or plant dishes that you want to season with olive oil, lemon juice, or melted butter. Then, add the seasoning mix and cook!

Add To A Curry

Crushed hazelnuts or walnuts are a great addition to a curry. They add a little extra texture and complementary flavor, but they don’t have that nutty taste to them.
