Stuffed turkey is one of the most delicious and hearty meals at this time of year. But it’s not always easy to know how to stuff a turkey, let alone make it one of the most delicious turkeys ever.

Try out these top tips and start practicing for Thanksgiving, so you can blow everyone away!

Gather Ingredients

To make the stuffing, you will need 4 coves of garlic, 1 large shallot, finely chopped 1c parsley, 2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary, 1 tablespoon of grated orange zest, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper, skin on boneless 1 lb turkey breast halves, and gravy.

Prepare Herb Mixture

After preheating the oven to 425°F, combine garlic, shallot, parsley, rosemary, orange zest, 2 tablespoons olive oil and 1/2 teaspoon of salt and pepper. Mix together.

Prepare Turkey Breasts

Next, butterfly and pound each breast. Try not to tear it before setting it aside. Massage the herb mixture onto each breast, leaving 3/4 in the breast.

Starting at the short end, roll each turkey breast up and lay the skin on top. Tuck and wrap it under the edges and tie with kitchen string about 2 inches apart. Transfer to baking tray.

Roast and Serve

Brush each breast with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, season with 1 teaspoon of salt and roast for 50 minutes. When the internal temperature reaches 160°F, remove string, slice on a serving plate and serve with gravy.
