TikTok is a place where cooking goes wild, and, more often than not, this popular social media platform gets obsessed with unusual food trends or recipes. Sometimes they are a huge hit, like feta pasta, and sometimes they swing big and miss badly, like in the case of Cheetos mac ‘n cheese.

Whatever your opinion might be on TikTok food trends, there is no denying that there are plenty of them worth trying. But not all of us have the proper cooking skills or the time required to give them a go. And that’s why TikTok decided to step in and start delivering its viral dishes straight to your door.

TikTok Kitchens, which is a joint effort from TikTok and Virtual Dining Concepts, will work as a delivery-only service but will operate out of existing restaurants like Buca di Beppo and Bertucci’s. The service will roll out with 300 locations in 2022, but aims to have more than 1,000 by the end of the year.

The TikTok Kitchens menu will be frequently updated to line up with what’s popular on TikTok at any given moment. The initial offering will include smash burgers, corn ribs, feta pasta, and pasta chips.

“Creators will be receiving credit for dishes within the menu and will be featured prominently throughout [the] promotion,” TikTok spokesperson Elena Saavedra told The Verge. “To be clear, this is a campaign to bring TikTok foods to fans, not a venture into the restaurant business.”
