Fresh Citrus
This zingy citrus mocktail is the perfect refresher on hot sunny days.
Ingredients:
- 2 oranges
- 1 lime
- 1 lemon
- ½ cup of sugar
- Sparkling water
- Ice
Instructions:
- Zest and juice the oranges, lemon, and lime.
- Mix this together in a pan, then bring to the boil with the sugar added.
- Once it’s boiling, bring it down to a simmer and stir to dissolve all the sugar.
- Cook for another few minutes, then remove from the heat and allow to cool.
- Once cooled, strain the liquid into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake well, then decant into glasses and top up with a splash of sparkling water.
Pineapple Blast
This tropical treat packs a unique herbal kick.
Ingredients:
- 1 pineapple
- 3 handfuls of basil
- 2 handfuls of mint
- 2 cups of lemonade (500ml)
- Sparkling water
- Ice
Instructions:
- Peel and dice the pineapple, and blitz in a blender with the mint, basil, and a handful of ice.
- Strain and pour into a cocktail shaker, shake with more ice.
- Decant into glasses, add a splash of lemonade and a splash of sparkling water.
- Garnish with a little mint or basil, if liked.
Raspberry Blush
The perfect balance of sweet and tart, this fruity beverage is perfect for raspberry-lovers.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of raspberries
- A handful of mint
- 1 lime
- Lemonade
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat the raspberries until they start to break apart and release their juice.
- Mash some with a wooden spoon to speed up the process.
- Allow the mix to cool, then strain so that you have pure raspberry juice.
- Blend the raspberry juice with the mint and the juice of the lime, then pour into glasses and add lemonade and ice, if desired.
