Ingredients

This warm turmeric hot cocoa is made with 1 cup milk, 2 teaspoons coconut oil, 1 teaspoon ground turmeric, 2 teaspoons honey, 1 1/2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder, a pinch of cayenne pepper and a pinch of black pepper. The cup should be 250 ml.

Instructions

Get a pan and add the milk in it. Put it on the stove and include the cocoa powder, coconut oil, and turmeric. Mix it with a spoon and let the turmeric hot cocoa boil. Once it does you can remove it from heat and include that pinch of black pepper. The cayenne pepper is only for those who prefer to add it. Let it cool down a little, then you can include the honey. Instead of honey, you can use any other sweetener that you prefer. This drink should be served while it’s still warm. It’s a perfect immune-boosting bomb for winter.
