Ah, summer. ‘Tis the season of pool vibes and dehydration. Temperatures keep climbing, making it super important to keep as hydrated as possible.

If you’re one of those who carries an enormous water bottle around and manages to guzzle at least 3 liters a day, well done. We’d like to be you when we grow up. But for others, getting their daily water intake is not such an easy task. If you’re not a fan of water, you’ve probably struggled to drink enough. There are ways, however, to jazz up your H20, with one emerging recently on TikTok.

Users have been adding jam to their glasses of sparkling water to create a fruity take on the sky juice. All you have to do is add two spoons of your favorite jam to a glass filled with ice and top it off with sparkling water. It’s that easy!

If it’s something you’re keen to try, here are some combos to get you started.

Cranberry Jam with Grapefruit Sparkling Water

Both cranberries and grapefruit can be a little on the tart side, which is great because jam tends to contain a lot of sugar. The slight acidity helps to balance out the sweetness.

Watermelon Sparkling Water with Jalapeño Jam

Who said you only have to stick to sweet jams? Jalapeño jam will add a kick to the sweet watermelon water, making it a spicy and exciting drink.

Lime Sparkling Water with Raspberry Jam

Lime is one of the classic sparkling water flavors, and raspberry jam is always a go-to. So why not combine them? The result is a sweet, tart combination to cool you on a hot day.
