  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • 6 tablespoons orange marmalade
  • 2 tablespoons Teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

The Chicken:

Before doing anything, make sure your oven is preheated to 375 F. Next, you’ll want to line a jelly roll pan with tin foil so that’ll everything will be easy to clean up.

Take your chicken and season it with both salt and pepper on the front and back. Place it on the tin foil-covered pan.

The Sauce:

The sauce is crucial to making sure you achieve that stickiness that’ll stand out to whoever’s eating it. In a separate bowl, combine the orange marmalade, teriyaki sauce, thyme, and garlic powder. Once you’ve got a smooth consistency, brush the chicken with the sauce smoothly and thoroughly.

Cooking It

Place the chicken in the oven and cook it for 20 minutes. Take it out, brush it with the remaining sauce, and then cook it again for another 15 minutes. Take it out and brush it with sauce once again, and cook it one last time for a final 15 minutes. You’re done!
