This Mango Kale Smoothie is Tasty and Nutritious!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped mango, frozen
  • 1/2 medium banana, frozen
  • 3 cups kale, stemmed and torn
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. Combine yogurt, mango, banana, and kale in a blender. Make sure the lid is secure and blend, scraping down as needed, until very smooth.
  2. Add the chia seeds and blend to mix.
  3. Transfer to two glasses and enjoy!
