Ingredients

A combination of boiled potatoes and carrots are the main bulk of this sauce, along with the true stars, cashews and nutritional yeast. Nutritional yeast gives the flavor of cheese, which is often why it’s referred to as vegan fairy dust, and the cashews help with the texture and flavor as well. Method
