This Homemade Vegan Ranch Dip is Perfect For Mexican Nacho Night

Mexican nacho night is a great time to showcase your salsa making skills and it’s not a difficult dish to prepare for your friends. If you have some extra time, you can even make burritos or quesadillas.

This easy peasy vegan ranch dip is great for dipping nachos, quesadillas, and many other Mexican snacks. It’ll also be a hit for your vegan and vegetarian friends. Read on to learn how to replicate this delicious dip.

Ingredients

  • vegan mayo (or you can make your own)
  • non-dairy milk
  • apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic crushed or garlic powder would be fine
  • dried parsley
  • celery
  • onion powder
  • lemon juice
  • spiced paprika (optional)
  • pepper
  • pink salt
  • small bowl
  • spoon

Steps

  1. In a mixing bowl add a few spoonfuls of vegan mayo (you can eyeball this).
  2. Add a spoon or two of non-dairy milk.
  3. Add 2 spoons of apple cider vinegar.
  4. Add in all the spices including salt and pepper.
  5. Chop a few small celery chunks and chuck it in and mix it very well.
  6. Cut some fresh or dried parsley and place it on top.
  7. Add a bit more salt if needed.
  8. Sprinkle a bit of lime on top for extra sourness.

Now you can serve this with your Mexican nachos along with some salsa!
