This Healthy Chocolate Pudding is Only 5 Ingredients!

Made with just five simple ingredients, this chocolate pudding is about to become your go-to when those chocolate cravings hit, but you’re trying to keep things on the lighter side. It’s easy to prepare, light, and oh-so decision. Without further ado, let’s jump into the recipe. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries
  • Coconut flakes
  • A drizzle of peanut or almond butter

Instructions:

  1. Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the raw cacao powder, pure maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt to the blender with the avocado.
  3. Blend all the ingredients on high until you achieve a smooth, creamy consistency. Depending on your blender, you may need to pause and scrape down the sides to ensure everything is fully incorporated.
  4. Give your pudding a taste. If you prefer it sweeter, you can add a little more maple syrup. For a richer chocolate flavor, add an extra spoonful of cacao powder. Blend again after any adjustments.
  5. Transfer the pudding to serving dishes and enjoy.
