This Espresso Martini Will Put You in The Party Mood

A fascinating mix between an espresso and a rich aromatic liqueur, here’s your guide to making a showstopping espresso martini.


  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1/2 ounce syrup
  • 1 ounce coffee liqueur
  • 1 shot espresso
  • cocoa powder
  • coffee beans


  1. Pour the vodka, coffee liqueur, syrup, and espresso into a cocktail shaker. For about 15 seconds, shake until the outside of the shaker appears frosty.
  2. Strain into the glass.
  3. Place a paper towel over half of the cocktail glass. Over the exposed half, sprinkle cocoa powder for decoration.
  4. On the plain half, add coffee beans before serving.
