This Delicious Smoothie Has Only Three Ingredients!

Summer is the best time for a cool and refreshing smoothie. You can make it thick and add granola and chopped fruit on top, or watery and light as a quick drink after a workout or with a rich breakfast. Making this smoothie at home is super easy and you only need three ingredients for this smoothie. Let’s start shaking!

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup real and unsweetened natural coconut cream (or any plant-based milk like almond milk, soy milk, oat milk, or rice milk)
  • 1/2 cup ice

*You can replace the banana with any frozen fruit you like. Strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, mangos, and pineapples are great choices!
