Ingredients:
- 1/2 a pound of penne or your favorite pasta
- 1/2 a pound of chorizo sausage
- 1 tin of diced tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 5 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Salt
- Black pepper
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions:
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve a cup of pasta water before draining.
